Allen’s Alley offers 11 individual spaces ranging from approximately 135 sq ft to 380 sq ft, allowing options for different business stages and display needs.

Required Operating Hours

To maintain a dependable shopping experience, tenants are required to be open:

  • Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Additional open hours are encouraged.

If you cannot be present or expect to be late, you are expected to provide reliable staffing so your shop remains open and welcoming.

Lease packages are designed for simplicity and may include:

Our Selection Process

Allen’s Alley is a curated marketplace. We do not lease on a first-come, first-served basis.
